My Approach

I believe that each person is the absolute expert on their own life – you live it, experience it, and feel it.

When working together, I aim to provide you with a different perspective and wherever possible to build awareness around the root cause of your struggle. My approach often includes various client-centered therapeutic interventions. All of our work together is based on where you are at in your journey and supporting you to grow at your own pace and level of readiness.
